2-3-6: BEER AND WINE LICENSE:
The village president, as the liquor commissioner, may issue an annual beer and wine license to the Fourth Of July commission for the festival at no charge. The village president has the authority to place conditions on the license. (Ord. 1165, 8-13-2012)
