2-2-3: OFFICERS:
The planning and zoning commission shall elect a chairperson, vice chairperson, and such other officers as may be required at the first regular annual meeting of the planning and zoning commission, which shall be the first regular meeting after May 1, each calendar year, or at an adjourned meeting thereof.
