Under the general supervision of the village administrator, the village employees shall read water meters, prepare and distribute bills, collect the water and sanitary sewer fees, issue water and sanitary sewer permits, and shall perform such other duties as now are or may hereafter be imposed upon the administrator by the law or the ordinances of the village.
