Any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violating any of the provisions of this Title shall be fined not less than twenty five dollars ($25.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200.00) for each violation, plus the cost of action, and each day that such violation continues shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
