11-1-8: FEES:
A fee shall be paid to the village clerk at the time of submission of the preliminary and final plat. No plat shall be reviewed by the plan commission without a receipt from the village clerk being exhibited by the subdivider showing full payment of the fee. Payment of the fee is in no way contingent on whether or not the plat of subdivision submitted is approved or disapproved. The fee shall be as follows:
   (A)   Preliminary Plat: One hundred dollars ($100.00) for each preliminary plat, plus three dollars ($3.00) for each lot within the proposed subdivision, plus one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each acre or part thereof designated for commercial use. (Ord. 468, 11-8-1976)
   (B)   Final Plat: One hundred dollars ($100.00) for each lot within each subdivision plat submitted to the village.
Each applicant shall prior to approval of any plat pay all fees incurred for services of the village planner and the village engineer in reviewing plats of subdivision. (Ord. 706, 3-27-1995, eff. 5-1-1995)
   (C)   Land Use Application Fees:
      1.   Established: A nonrefundable application fee is hereby established which said fee shall be paid to the village clerk by any applicant. The fee shall be paid concurrent with the filing of all requests for a map amendment, variance or planned unit development (PUD). All other fees and costs, including publication fees, as well as any fees and costs, otherwise provided for by ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
      2.   Amount: The fees to be assessed by the village shall be set at the rate of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each map amendment or variance request. A fee of five hundred dollars ($500.00) shall be assessed for each planned unit development (PUD). (Ord. 964, 6-9-2003)
   (D)   Professional Fee Agreement: Any developer, person, entity, corporation, association or group filing application with the planning commission or with the village of Beecher for any development, zoning, subdivision and the like shall at the time of the execution of said petition or application execute a professional fee agreement with the village of Beecher, substantially in the form attached to ordinance 967 as exhibit A. Any developer who presently has any pending matter with the village of Beecher shall execute an agreement in the form attached to ordinance 967 before the village of Beecher will proceed further in any respects with the development.
