8-7-1: NUMBERS ON HOUSES:
It shall be the duty of the owner and occupant of every house in the village to have placed thereon, in a place visible from the street, words or figures at least two and one-half inches (21/2") high, in contrasting colors of the exterior house color, showing the proper street number of the house.
