It shall be unlawful for any person or entity within the village to place or, in any manner, intermingle landscape waste with garbage and refuse for disposal by the scavenger service.
All landscape waste will be collected and must be contained in a special biodegradable thirty (30) gallon paper bag to be sold to the public at various locations in the village; or contained in a one hundred (100) gallon container cart to be sold or rented by the contracted village scavenger service and a monthly collection fee paid to the scavenger service except as provided in this chapter.
