8-6-3: COLLECTION:
Garbage and refuse shall be collected one day per week and at such other times as the village shall direct. Until changed by the village board, garbage and refuse shall be collected on Monday of each week between seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. and seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. except when Monday falls on a holiday, in which event collection shall be on Tuesday.
