8-6-2: SCAVENGER SERVICE:

The village shall provide for the disposal of garbage and refuse for one-family residential units and multi-family residential units having an individual water meter or account by contract with a scavenger or disposal services. The village will not provide for commercial and industrial disposal of garbage and refuse. (Ord. 1185, 4-22-2013)
