For the purpose of this chapter, the following words and phrases shall have the following meanings:
GARBAGE AND REFUSE: Such matter which is required to be collected by the village's contracted scavenger service.
LANDSCAPE WASTE: Grass or shrubbery cuttings or other refuse attending to the care of lawns, shrubbery, weeds, vines, trees and tree limbs, is not included in the definition of "garbage and refuse" and will not be collected by or included with scavenger services provided by the village.
