8-1-1: PARKWAY TREE PLANTING:

It shall be unlawful for a tree to be planted in the village rights of way without the permission of the village. All regulations pertaining to tree planting in the village rights of way are contained in the village's subdivision ordinance. (Ord. 1185, 4-22-2013)
