6-2-15: RABIES:

Any dog suffering from rabies, or any dog bitten by another dog or animal suffering from rabies, is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and such dog may be immediately destroyed by any policeman. It shall be the duty of any person owning or exercising ownership or agency over any such dog to surrender said dog to any policeman upon demand. (Ord. 1173, 2-11-2013)
