No person shall cause, permit or allow any dog owned or kept by such person or under such person's care, custody or control or supervision, to run at large within the limits of the village.
All dogs kept within the village limits shall be confined by means of a secure leash or chain, or confined within a fenced area in such a manner as to prevent the animal from running at large. (Ord. 1173, 2-11-2013)
