When any licensed dog shall be taken up or impounded, the fee to be charged for the impounding of such dog shall be paid by the owner or keeper of such dog to the animal hospital where the dog is impounded. The owner or keeper of such dog shall also pay to the village any fines resulting from the impoundment of said dog as outlined in this chapter. (Ord. 1173, 2-11-2013)
