6-2-4: RESTRICTIONS ON THE NUMBER OF DOGS PER FAMILY DWELLING:
It is unlawful to keep or house more than three (3) dogs per family dwelling unit over four (4) months of age, or to apply for licenses for more than three (3) dogs per family dwelling unit. (Ord. 1173, 2-11-2013)
