(A) Any person or entity, who has installed on their premises, a burglar alarm system that automatically notifies the village police department to respond to said alarm, shall be charged and be subject to a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) for each "false burglar alarm" that is given to the police department by said automatic system in excess of three (3) "false burglar alarms" per year.
(B) Any person who transmits in any manner to the police department a "false burglar alarm", knowing at the time of such transmission that there is no reasonable ground for believing that a criminal condition exists shall be guilty of a class A misdemeanor as defined in the Illinois Compiled Statutes and shall be prosecuted accordingly.
