It shall be unlawful for any person to appear in a public place in a state of nudity, or in an indecent or lewd dress, or to make any indecent exposure of his or her person, or be guilty of any lewd or indecent act or behavior, or to use any insulting or obscene language, or to exhibit, any indecent or lewd book, picture or any other thing, or to exhibit or perform any indecent, immoral or lewd play or representation, or to urinate or defecate in public.
