6-1-11: FIREARMS:

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to fire or discharge any gun, pistol, fowling piece or other firearm or any air gun or toy pistol in which percussion caps are used, within the limits of the village; unless within a licensed shooting gallery.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, loan, or furnish to any minor any gun, pistol, fowling piece or other firearm within the limits of the village. (Ord. 1173, 2-11-2013)
