Unless otherwise specified, any person found to be in violation of this title pertaining to building, plumbing, electrical, property maintenance, and swimming pool codes of the village shall be ordered to cease and desist or correct said unlawful activity and shall be subject to a minimum fine of twenty five dollars ($25.00) but not exceeding seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each violation. Separate violations shall be deemed to have occurred on each date any contractor or person violates this title. (Ord. 1169, 11-11-2012)
