Any concrete, including, but not limited to, driveways or driveway ramps installed by a property owner on the Village's street right-of-way or parkway, may not be replaced or repaired by the Village with concrete. In the event the concrete is damaged by the Village for any reason, then the Village will be responsible only to make repairs with "cold patch asphalt" or asphalt. (Ord. 1169, 11-11-2012)
