Any person who owns or operates a business or machine for which a license is required by this Chapter is required to pay a late penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) in addition to the annual license fee, if the annual license has not been timely applied for. In addition to all other remedies to the Village at law or in equity, any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 1363, 2-28-2022)
