1-6-3: OATH OF OFFICE:
Before entering upon the duties of village trustee, all persons, whether elected or appointed, shall take and subscribe the oath of office as prescribed by state statute. This oath, so subscribed, shall be filed in the office of the village clerk. (Ord. 1155, 4-23-2012)
