3-13-2: LICENSE REQUIRED:

It shall be unlawful for any person to own or operate a tobacco business or amusement device without first having obtained a village license. All such entities or persons who require a license under this Chapter shall notify the Village to obtain the required village licenses. (Ord. 1170, 11-11-2012; amd. Ord. 1363, 2-28-2022)
