3-12-1: DEFINITIONS:

The term "taxicab" as used in this chapter shall mean and include any vehicle used to carry passengers for hire but not operating on a fixed route, and shall include, but not be limited to, taxicabs, livery cabs, and limousines. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
