A seal in circular form with the words "Village of Beecher, Ill." on the outer circle, and in the interior with the words "Incorporated 1883", and in the center with the word "Seal" shall be the seal of the village to be used in all cases that have been or shall hereafter be provided by the laws of the United States, the laws of the several respective states of the United States, and the ordinances of the village, and in all the cases in which, by the laws and customs of nations, it is necessary to use a seal by the village.
