3-2-7: GROUNDS FOR REVOCATION:

The violation of any applicable section of this chapter, other village ordinance, or state law shall constitute grounds for the suspension or revocation of a contractors' license.

The village shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by any license holder whose license has been revoked or suspended in accordance with the terms of this chapter. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
