It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in business in the village as a building contractor or a general building contractor without first having obtained a contractors' license, or to violate the terms of any such license, when so granted. This section shall not apply to any plumbing contractors or electrical contractors that have satisfied the state statute licensing provisions. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
