Any person who conducts a business for which a license is required shall be required to pay a late penalty of one hundred dollars ($100.00) in addition to the annual license fee, if the annual license has not been timely obtained on or before April 30 of each year. In addition to all other remedies to the village at law or in equity, any person who violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation or noncompliance occurs or continues. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
