3-1-16: LICENSE TO BE POSTED:

(A) It shall be the duty of every person conducting a licensed business in the village to keep its license posted in a prominent place on the premises used for such business at all times.

(B) No license certificate, plate, badge, tag, emblem, or other insignia shall be permitted to remain posted or displayed after the period for which the license was issued has expired. (Ord. 1166, 10-8-2012)
