§ 99.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, shall, upon conviction before the Magisterial District Judge or other court of competent jurisdiction and in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code (53 P.S. § 65101 et seq.), be sentenced to pay a civil fine of not more than $1,000 per day during which such violation shall continue, plus all court costs and reasonable attorney fees incurred by the township in enforcing the violation. Each day a violation continues shall constitute a separate offense, and each provision violated shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be ineligible to obtain a permit under this chapter for a period of three years from the date of violation.
