§ 151.140 APPEALS.
   (A)   Appeals from the determination of the Township Zoning Officer, Township Engineer or township designee in the administration of this chapter that relate to applications for land development under the Municipalities Planning Code Article V and VII shall be made to the Board of Supervisors within 30 days of that determination or decision, pursuant to the Municipalities Planning Code § 909.1(b)(6).
   (B)   Appeals from the determination of the Township Zoning Officer, Township Engineer or township designee in the administration of this chapter that do not relate to applications for land development under the Municipalities Planning Code Article V and VII shall be made to the Township Zoning Hearing Board within 30 days of that determination or decision, pursuant to the Municipalities Planning Code § 909.1(a)(9).
   (C)   Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Township Zoning Hearing Board may appeal to the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas within 30 days of the decision of the Zoning Hearing Board.
