(A) It shall be unlawful for a person to undertake any regulated activity except as provided in an approved SWM site plan and except as provided in this chapter, unless specifically exempted in § 151.006.
(B) It shall be unlawful to violate § 151.122.
(C) Inspections regarding compliance with the SWM site plan are the responsibility of the township.
(D) An applicant shall comply with all applicable requirements of this chapter and shall undertake its activities in compliance with this chapter and its approved SWM site plan.
