(A) Fully executed stormwater management easements shall be provided by the owner of the site if necessary to provide access for inspection, maintenance, rehabilitation, repair and replacement of stormwater management facilities and/or preservation of the stormwater management system, including, but not limited to, stormwater runoff conveyance, infiltration and detention areas and facilities, as well as flood routes for the 100-year storm event. These easement shall be in a form approved by the Township Solicitor and may be part of the operation and agreement or set forth in a separate document.
(B) Stormwater management easements are required for all areas used for off-site stormwater control unless a waiver is granted by the township.
(C) All documents containing a stormwater management easement shall be recorded with the Bucks
County Recorder of Deeds prior to issuance of a building permit or recordation of a subdivision or land development plan.
