§ 151.058 RESUBMISSION OF DISAPPROVED SWM SITE PLANS.
   A disapproved SWM site plan may be resubmitted with the revisions addressing the township’s concerns, to the township in accordance with this chapter. The applicable review fee and escrow must accompany a resubmission of a disapproved SWM site plan.
