(A) For all regulated earth disturbance activities, the steps below shall be followed for submission. For any activities that require a DEP joint permit application and regulated under 25 Pa.Code, Chapter 102 (Erosion and Sediment Control), Chapter 105 (Dam Safety and Waterway Management), and/or Chapter 106 (Floodplain Management) of DEP’s Rules and Regulations; require a PennDOT highway occupancy permit; or require any other permit under applicable local, state or federal regulations, those permit(s) shall be part of the SWM site plan submission.
(B) The SWM site plan shall be submitted by the applicant as part of the preliminary plan submission for the regulated activity and in conjunction with the submission of an application for a stormwater management permit.
(C) The number of copies and digital data formats of the SWM site plan required to be submitted to the township, shall be determined by the township.
(D) Distribution of the SWM site plan shall be determined by the township. The distribution list shall include the Township Engineer and any other agencies or entities designated by the Board of Supervisors.
