§ 10.07 SEVERABILITY OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES.
   (A)   It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Board of Supervisors that the chapters, sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses and phrases of this code of ordinances are severable. If any chapter, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this code is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect nor impair any of the remaining chapters, sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases of this code of ordinances. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors of the township that this code of ordinances would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid chapter, section, paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase not been included herein.
   (B)   If any sentence, clause, section or part of the codification ordinance contained within this chapter is for any reason found to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such unconstitutionality, illegality or invalidity shall not affect nor impair any of the remaining provisions, sentences, clauses, sections or parts of this chapter. It is hereby declared as the intent of the Board of Supervisors of the township that this chapter would have been adopted had such unconstitutional, illegal or invalid sentence, clause, section or part thereof not been included herein.
