Amendments to this code of ordinances should include the citation of the chapter, section and division to be amended, revised, repealed or added in a fashion similar to the following:
(A) Amendment or revision: “Chapter_____, section_____ or division _____ is hereby amended to read as follows...;”
(B) Additions: “Chapter _____, section _____ or division _____ is hereby amended by the addition of the following...;” and
(C) Repeal: “Chapter _____, section _____ or division _____ is hereby repealed in its entirety.”
