§ 131.01 AUTHORITY TO ARREST WITHOUT WARRANT.
   In addition to the powers provided by 53 P.S. § 66905, relating to powers of police officers and 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 6324, relating to taking a juvenile into custody, police officers of the township shall, upon view and upon probable cause, have the right of arrest without warrant when there is ongoing conduct that imperils the personal security of any person or endangers public or private property for the following offenses, consistent with the Pennsylvania Judicial Code § 8902, 42 Pa.C.S. § 8902:
   (A)   Disorderly conduct, as per 18 Pa.C.S. § 5503;
   (B)   Public drunkenness, as per 18 Pa.C.S. § 5505;
   (C)   Obstructing highways and other public passages, as per 18 Pa.C.S. § 5507; and
   (D)   Underage consumption, purchase, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, as per 18 Pa.C.S. § 6308.
