For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Any spirits, wine, beer, ale or other liquid containing more than 0.5% of alcohol by volume which is fit for beverage purposes.
CONTAINER. Any bottle, can or other vessel in which alcoholic beverages are contained.
