§ 112.17 RESPONSE.
   (A)   The towing contractor shall arrive at the incident scene within 30 minutes of notification, except for special circumstances (e.g. snowstorms, road conditions and the like).
   (B)   A towing contractor shall only be deemed to have arrived when the towing contractor or its employee is present at the incident scene with all the vehicles, equipment and personnel necessary for removal of the vehicle needing a tow.
   (C)   If any towing contractor cannot respond to the service call from the Township Police Department with the appropriate towing vehicle or within the required response time, the contractor shall so advise the police dispatcher. If the towing contractor’s vehicle is delayed while in transit to the requested location, the vehicle operator shall advise the police dispatcher of the delay and of his/her present location. Upon receipt of such information, the appropriate police official shall determine whether or not an alternate towing contractor shall be called to respond to this service call in place of the originally contracted towing contractor.
