(A) The towing contractor must be available/on-call coverage 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Preferred contact information shall be provided to the Township Police Department.
(B) The towing contractor shall return a call for service within 15 minutes of the initial call or the tow will be forwarded to another towing contractor.
