For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
BOARD. The Board of Supervisors of Bedminster Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
JUNK. Any and all forms of waste, refuse, used or discarded materials, including, but not limited to, wastepaper, rags, metal, building materials, house furnishings, machinery, vehicles or parts thereof, with or without the dismantling, processing, salvage, sale or other use or disposition of the same.
JUNKYARD. Any place where junk as herein defined is stored or accumulated. Any premises as herein defined having two or more unlicensed and inoperable automobiles thereon, on which either a certificate of junk has been issued, or on which the state registration has expired and not been renewed, shall be deemed a junk yard.
MOTOR VEHICLE. Any and all types of motor vehicles, including self-propelled machinery of all kinds, with the exception of useable farm machinery.
PERSON. Any natural person, partnership, firm, corporation or other legal entity, including singular and plural, male and female.
PREMISES. Any parcel of land situated in Bedminster Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, having a separate tax map parcel number for county assessment purposes.
TOWNSHIP. The Township of Bedminster, Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
