§ 31.01 CREATION.
   A township planning commission for the township is hereby created and established pursuant to Article XX-A - “Township Planning Commission” of the Pennsylvania Second Class Township Code, 53 P.S. §§ 65101 et seq., Act of May 1, 1933 P.L. 103 et seq., as amended.
