§ 97.04 MINIMUM STANDARDS FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.
   No occupancy certificate shall be issued for the sale of any commercial, residential or industrial building unless the building complies with the Bedminster Township Occupancy Inspection Checklist, incorporated by reference as if set out in full herein.
