§ 94.65 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   All wells no longer proposed for use shall be sealed upon abandonment.
   (B)   Sealing and abandonment shall comply with the requirements of the BCDH and PaDEP Water Well Abandonment Guidelines or shall follow the procedure outlined below, whichever is more stringent.
