§ 94.15 APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   A well drilling permit shall be required for any new well drilled or existing well redrilled/deepened in the township after the effective date of this chapter.
   (B)   Additionally, a well registration form must be completed for each well drilled and returned to the township.
