The purpose of this chapter is to ensure that new wells constructed in the township are able to provide a reliable, safe and adequate water supply to support intended uses within the capacity of available groundwater resources. Additionally, it is to ensure that new wells do not infringe upon the performance of existing wells and to provide for the collection of accurate groundwater information.
