§ 91.40 EXCLUSIVENESS OF RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES.
   (A)   The collection and transportation of all sewage from any holding tank shall be performed under the directions and control of a hauler licensed by the County Department of Health and/or Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
   (B)   The disposal thereof shall be made only at such site or sites as may be approved by the County Department of Health and/or Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection.
