§ 91.21 TRANSFER OF SEWAGE MANAGEMENT PERMITS.
   Along with complying with other applicable provisions of this subchapter concerning the transfer of property serviced by an OLDS, the transferor of a property subject to a sewage management permit shall supply the transferee with a written statement that the sewage system is in compliance with this subchapter. If the sewage system is not in compliance, the transferor shall bring the system into compliance before the property is transferred. In addition, the transferor shall supply the transferee with a legible plan of the location and design of the well(s) and sewage system(s), if any, serving the property being transferred. The transferor shall promptly notify the township of the full name(s) and address of the transferee and shall provide, if necessary, a new O&M agreement signed by the transferee. Upon receipt of all the required information and documents, the township shall transfer existing sewage management permit to the transferee, subject to its terms and conditions and inspection schedule.
