§ 91.20 EXPIRATION OF SEWAGE MANAGEMENT PERMIT.
   Any sewage management permit for an individual sewage system shall expire if the dwelling or establishment served by the system is unoccupied for a period of two years or more. Any sewage management permit for a community sewage system shall expire if the system is not receiving the minimum amount of sewage necessary to properly operate the system for a period of one month or more.
